UPSC has released the Prelims result on 20 June 2025 and held the Prelims exam on 8 June 2025. The Prelims admit card was out on 28 May 2025. Now, the Mains exam is scheduled on 10 August 2025. UPSC also extended the application form correction window from 23–29 November 2024; the form was first open in September–October 2024. This year, UPSC included the Indian Railway Management Service (IRMS) cadres in the ESE exam.

How to Download Admit Card
- UPSC released the Prelims admit card on 28 May 2025.
- Mains admit card will be available before 10 August 2025.
- To download, visit upsc.gov.in or upsconline.nic.in.
- Click on ESE Admit Card link.
- Enter your registration number and date of birth.
- Download and print the admit card. Carry it along with photo ID to the exam center.
Answer Key & Results
After the Prelims exam (8 June 2025), coaching institutes released unofficial answer keys. UPSC will later publish the official answer key on its website. Final results for Mains and interview will also be declared at upsc.gov.in.
